Qudotech Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 28th February 1996 as an M&E Building Services Company.
Qudotech started off as an M&E Contractor. Over the years we have evolved to specialise mainly in Cold / Hot Water and Sanitary Plumbing Services. We have completed many prestigious projects including “The Binjai On The Park “which is the most expensive real estate in Malaysia, Hospitals, Airport, Hotels, High End Condominiums, Offices, Shopping Mall, etc. We are also involving in super highrise buildings like Merdeka PNB118, The Exchange 106, etc.
We are a CIDB G7 registered company which is the highest grade available with unlimited contract value. We have also obtained certification for Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2015 since August 2011.
To date we have completed more than RM300 million worth of contracts mainly in Cold/ Hot Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services.

Tan Siew Kheng, David

Ir. David Tan Siew Kheng, is the Advisor of Qudotech. He graduated from University Malaya in 1983 with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since 1992 he is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, and is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia. He is the Vice President of The Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Plumbing Association (2016/2019), where he previously served as the Assistant Honorary Secretary from 2013 to 2016.
He started his career in a Mechanical and Electrical (“M&E”) Contracting company Radio & General Trading Sdn Bhd in 1983. Subsequently he joined an M&E Consultancy company Abu Bakar & Associates in 1984 and was the resident engineer for the Saujana Golf Resort Project, Subang for 4 years. After that he worked with main contractors Shimizu-Peremba and Peremal Sdn Bhd before joining Faber Berhad in 1991. He has extensive experience in management and construction of Hotels, Hospitals, Golf Resorts, Factories and Highrise Offices and Condominiums. In 1993 he ventured into business by forming DDT. In 1996 he formed Qudotech. Today Qudotech specialises in Cold/Hot Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services and is one of the market leaders in high end high rise mega projects. DDT specialises in Rainwater Harvesting and Grey Water Recycling Systems. David and his other partners therein sold Qudotech and DDT to AWC in October 2015.
Chee Kar Ming

Ir. Chee Kar Ming, a Malaysian, is the Managing Director of Qudotech. He was graduated from University Technology of Malaysia in 1996 with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained the post-graduate degree Master of Business Administration from Charles Stuart University, Australia in 2000. Since 2001 he is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, and is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.
He joined Qudotech in July 1996 as a Project Engineer involved in Mechanical & Electrical Services. Subsequently Qudotech has slowly evolved and become one of the market leaders specialising in Cold/ Hot Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services. He has more than 20 years working experience in construction industry.
He has vast experience in management and construction of hospitals, hotels, super highrise buildings, high end condominiums, etc. He has involved in many mega projects like Binjai on the Park, KLIA2, The Exchange 106, Merdeka PNB 118, etc.
To Yim Kwan

Senior Project Manager
Mr. To Yim Kwan is a Masters Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Shieffield Halam University, UK. He joined Qudotech Sdn Bhd in April 2007 as a Project Engineer. Subsequent he has been promoted to Project Manager in August 2008 due to his outstanding performance in managing the projects.
Currently he has been promoted to Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage some of the prestigious projects like Merdeka PNB 118, 8 Conlay, IB Tower etc. He is a dynamic and experienced Engineer in planning and managing the projects to meet the client’s requirements.
