Job Scope:
- Responsible for drafting of 3D models by using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Responsible to check and coordinate the models to ensure clash free model.
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate & build the model building elements.
- Manage and deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawing to support construction works.
- Coordinate with Consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues.
- Coordinates and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity takeoff, logistics, and etc.
- Interface with project planner to create 3D model.
- Liaise with Document controller for accurate data transfer.
